I just burned an H Upman Petit Corona ISOM I was given as a gift this week. What a great cigar. I couldn't believe that little cigar could make it for an hour and a quarter. Excellent draw, even burn. Wanted to put itself out when it got close to my fingers but I wouldn't let it burn out.

Brown black ash would have held on for a couple inches if my newspaper didn't tap the tip.

I really like non ISOM Upmans but the real deal is so much better. 1 down 3 to go. I think I will let the rest hang out for a nice long humidor rest.

Those sticks were JFK's cigar of choice. Know you all have heard this story but,

Before he imposed the embargo on Cuba, he had Salinger round up all the H Upmann Petite Coronas he could get his hands on. Supposedly they cornered the market on them and bought all that were available.

Yes....two "n's" I always spell Upmann incorrectly.

Nice to know the JFK connection.
