today i received my two 4 each sampler pack of victor sinclair bohemians.

http://www.cigarbid.com/...on/lot.cfm?lotID=102270

not wanting to jump into a large new cigar, i settled for the Greenwich Village (6"x56). all of these look dark and dangerous including the Whitman (4"x48), the peter lorre of the group.

no trouble at all to clip the head with my band saw, and it lit quickly with my butane lighter.

not the little cutsey ones we all carry around, i mean the one with the red replaceable tank that screws up into the torch, the one i use for heavy soldering.

the cigar did not smoke as dark as it looked. fairly strong with a hint of wood and lead. i never cleane my band saw or the tip of my torch and that would explain the taste.

this is a man's cigar and any woman that can handle this one, can handle anyone's.

i hope this is a better review then my other one was, the one about the 2 1/2 hour cigar

Rick, this review shows a lot of promise. I would be interested in knowing what brand bandsaw you use. Do your wear protective goggles while clipping? What does not quite as dark taste like? Is it anything like not quite so pale? Keep them coming. You are the Siskel and Egbert of cigardom!

Real men use acetylene to light their cigars but in a pinch I've sometimes made do with an arc welder. Or if you have a group of herfers I like to pour a couple gallons of diesel on a heap of old tires and spark them mothers up -- makes a great lighter and weinie roaster.

Well, I can't wait to buy some! You sold me. Now I don't have to chew paint chips anymore to get my R.D.A. of lead.
