Well, I bit on the blowout special and here is my opinion so far-
This is a nicely made cigar. A fairly delicate, medium brown wrapper with a few small bumps and light veins. The one I'm smoking felt perfectly packed to the touch and after cutting the draw was perfect. Upon lighting the flavor is medium-rich, medium bodied with a profile typical of the better Hondurans. The thing that really gets me is the distinct cedar taste overlaying everything else. I should note that the cello on these was quite yellow so they obviously have some age on them. Overall, this is a very good cigar, perfect for any time from the morning coffee to just before dinner. After dinner I prefer something with a little more kick but I wouldn't turn one of these down anytime. I'm only sorry I didn't get more than one box!!

Thanks Chris. I bought a box as well, and haven't yet tried one yet. Will let you know tho. Your post made me feel better about biting, and I hope mine turn out as well as the one you smoked.

unfortunately, all i got was a big ol box of mold...
grrrr..that pissed me off, even if it was only 15 bucks.

I received my box in perfect hape and enjoyed the first one. It was a little dry, but I smoked it anyway. It has a real good taste to it. Well worth the money! I wish I had bought three or four boxes of them!

lol lowman, yeah, i've already contacted CS. I guess I was unlucky this time around. I've ordered tons of stuff from cb, and I've always been impressed with their service.
