Decent mild to medium body sticks. Only you can know what is a good cigar for you E. I think M. Twain said something like that.

Of those in this particular sampler, I've only tried the robusto maduro and thught it a surprisingly decent smoke ...

let's face it ... how you gonna know whether you like something unless you try it? ... if you consulted with me before you went grocery shopping, you'd never even slow down in the produce aisle to check the cucumbers, much less ever buy one ... but you might like 'em ... and, if you like 'em on YOUR salad, do you care that I despise them and consider them to be absolutely vile tasting?

I think the DT Cameroon Collection is very good, particularly the robusto.

A good cigar. I usually get the Fat Toro Corojo. Great construction, burn, taste. Has been known to knock some people around.

Most of the DT line is nice. DT Cameroon Rob. and DC. are good, as well as the Dominican selection Belicoso.

Thanks!

I seem to be able to stand up to and handle the 'knock you around' variety...it'll have to be one strong bad boy to put me down! LOL!

Can't wait for them to arrive...I've got a bunch of winning lots on the way! Just in time too...my humi is getting a work out what with trying, trading, and trooping...

Just do a search under sweaterdor... you'll find some good info thanks to Rickamaven...

But if you want info on MINE specifically...what do you want to know?

Well E-chick,
Perhaps I'm a bit confused on the term, Sweaterdor. Read the posts but the only references to the term are on this website and they are not definitive. I could not find any other references to sweaterdor using Google or Yahoo searches. So I'm guessing from the posts by you and RickMaven that we are disussing

A) a Coolerdor variant
B) something you illustrated in a picture back in January. (A nice sweater and very attractive picture I might add)

Anyway whether A or B, I'm encouraged to know attractive ladies who appreciate kick-ass cigars are aroung to have fun with. I'll bet you'd love an Opus X Perfection #4, a nice petit corona but knocks you on your ass!!! What else are you into??

Always yours for fun in the sun!! DB Guru

The sweaterdor is just that a humidor made from a plastic sweater box (actually any size box you desire), and with the addition of a humidifier. Also, something that can be custom made. You really should email Rickamaven for his advice...he's the best!

"What else are you into??"...hmmmm

Wow, anyone? Anyone?...

I have disliked all Opus X' that I have tried. Just didn't do it for me.

I also dislike corona's...don't do it for me either...48+ RGs are my preference...maddies...

I'm not sure if you are talking just cigars here. Reading between the lines, something says you are not.

I'm into my husband & family...I'm into travel...I'm into SCUBA diving...I'm into my car...I'm into fine food...I'm into my cigars and cigar box purses...I'm into humor (except for you-know-who's)...I'm into research...I'm into music...I'm into my house and yard...I'm into martini's...I'm into so much...and most usually, I'm into trouble!!! But I think the latter goes without saying...

As far as "Always yours for fun in the sun!!"...sounds like you must be from a pretty cold, dark place...brrrrrrrrrr!

Dude!?

DBGURU man...I wasn't pissed off by this...I'm sorry if you took it that way!!! Sheesh!

I was being silly with all of the "I'm into..." stuff...I was just waiting for someone else to jump in before me and chastise you. That's why I posted that...

It's all good baby!

BTW, I still have yet to taste one of my DT's that I won...I've had way too many choices and will eventually add them to my To Bring Along/Smoke list...

Peace E-chick.... Reading "Between the Lines" is much more dangerous than smoking one, Don'tcha think??? (Ever try one of those Hemi's??) No hard feelings. Thanks for setting me straight on what a sweaterdor is. I'll be down in S.D. in December with my family just after Xmas...perhaps you and your cigar buddies down there will have something on the calendar at that time.

From Seattle, keeping chilled,

Actually, Bruce ( the owner of Hemingway's cigar bar) gave me a BTL for my birthday last week...I didn't hesitate to smoke it...it is in my top 5 cigars for sure! Absolutely delish!

All of you guys that have them, stop holding them and start enjoying them...that's what it is all about!

i like the dominican selection and ive liked the cameroons ive tried. the special edition is just ok, imo. not tried the regular line. iirc it has an indo wrapper, which is a strike against it in my book.
