I bought the sweatshirt online about two years ago, opened the package and packed it away when I got married and moved. It is as new as the day it arrived.

Well, I just found it… its till a large… I am now an X-Large...

[I got to cut down on the beer and pretzels...]

Anyway, this is the top shelf model, very heavy weight cotton, dark green, long sleeve, size large, sweatshirt, with the entire front covered in some really nice embroidery of the Macanudo logo. This NOT cheap knock off stuff, this is the real Macanudo licensed merchandise.

I am looking for a quality sampler of 15 to 20 smokes… it is that nice…

Good Luck,
If the cigar was worth a f#@k I would trade you for the shirt, but Macanudo sucks. Why trade to support a pansy smoke. Maybe if they grow some balls. Don't wanna be an ass, but somebody has to.
Hey man you're a really nice guy, but macanudo sucks.
Sorry

I got to agree, Homebrew ...

... and also glad to see someone else here standing up and taking on the 'bad guy' role for a change!

It takes some of the pressure of me ... LOL!

Hey guys. At least you could wait until he has some trade hits before you attack the Mac's. You're scaring away the customers.
btw: only had the Mac Ascots and they had zero flavor.

Yeah, JustDanD,
Your right, I got drunk last night, with a cigar salesman. He sells C.A.O. We had a blast. Blasting Macs and any other, overrated cigar. I was caught up in the moment. Sorry

P.S.
Damn I gotta go to work.
I know the shirt. It is very high quality, even if the smokes suck.

Oh heck, JustDanD ... there are plenty of Macanudo faithful out there that will jump on this deal!

But ... "looking for a quality sampler of 15 to 20 smokes" may be asking a little much, unless of course he'll take Macanudos ... ;^)

... oh wait, he said 'quality' ... oops ... time to 'can' it and go on about my business!

Oooooouucccchhhh...

OK, all that hurt...

Hey, we all started somewhere. I started with Swisher Sweets, those are even worse, but at the time, they were real tasty! I then moved to Macs, and then on to the best of the rest.

AND, need I remind you all that they are one of the best selling brands in the WORLD!!!!

Anyway... I knew it was a risky post. But it is a real nice sweat shirt.

OK, 8 to 10 decent smokes...

You all happy now.

PT ;-)

Hey you guys! Haven't you heard of civility and politeness???? Good thing Peter's a man, I would have run up to my room and cried if you treated me that way!

I had a Macanudo Hyde Park sitting in the humi for about 6 months, and after all the comments, I decided to fire it up. It really wasn't bad - mild, but decent cedary flavor and burned nicely with plenty of smoke. It certainly wasn't the worst cigar I've had this month, nor the best.

This thread reminds me of when I was a kid. If you wore Keds, you weren't nearly as cool as if you had Converse All-Stars (Nike was a mythological figure then, not a shoe). Everyone would bash you based on what sneaker you had. Sheesh!

Hey Peter,

I've got to agree with the above posts...the good and the bad. Mac's do sell very well in the world market, but I guess not to most on this forum.

Remembering our very good trade a few weeks back, and may I add that the coffee you sent me is still being raved about here in our home, If this trade is still available, please email me and I'm sure we can work something out.

Thanks anyway emgjet...

This deal is done.

Also, for all those Mac haters out there, I challenge you to try a Macanudo Vintage Cabinet Selection cigar (1979, 1984, 1988, 1993 and 1997) and not like it.

Mild, smooth, a silky feel in your hand. Top quality construction, very consistent. Not a bad smoking experience at all. Mind you, not a BIG, BOLD, Full Sail taste, and not cheap, but an exceptional 1st in the morning, with the paper and a cup of Cafe Americano kind of smoke.

... My two cents on the matter.

Cheers,

PT :-)
