Do not post your email with the @ sign and a period. There are programs that go out to bbs boards and scan for email addresses to add to mailing lists. Instead, break it up like this: randy_prestridgeatkindermorgandotcom. When you spell it out those programs do not read them nor scan them so you won't get on some mailing list for spam.
