I'm on the porch with a UTS :-)!!! Had an Opus #2 this afternoon. It's been quite a premo day!

Been too busy to smoke premo's today. Smoked a Sinatra My Way, Montegue Mad #2 and Don Kiki Res 2000 Robusto. Since I won't be able to smoke for 2 weeks starting this monday.. got a Gurkha 1950 Double Corona for tomorrows "last smoke."

Yeah, that's me, only it's Monday morning. Just a little "nose job" that will keep me from puffin for at least two weeks. At home for a week, unable to lift over 15lbs and NO cigars!! Talk about He!!. Spent 20 minutes at the tobacconist trying to pick out my farewell stick.
:-)

I'm not smoking a darn thing. I have a sinus infection that has had me on the sidelines now for over a week and I'll be out of commission for another week until this clears up.

I'm not jonesing for a cigar, but I do miss the peace and tranquility that I get from a good smoke.

Just finished an Oliva "O" Orion Torpedo (7 x 50 or so). All I can say is "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm". I now know what they mean by the "Big O", because I just had it! Wife didn't even say I stunk when I came in like she usually does. Man, those are good!

Hope you all have a great Mother's Day.

Soon as the little one fades away, I'll be out on the patio with a Samiclaus and an Antano '70 robusto; That's about as a one two punch as it gets. But it's going to be Mother's Day and that is really special.

Installed a couple of windows with the father-in-law today. For motivation we each had a Gurkha Ltd. Expdtn. Churchill and a trilogy Native Cam. Robusto. Didn't get to stop and enjoy 'em though as is sometimes the case. Hard to complain though, we still got to smoke cigars and drink whisky and beer.

We just polished off the day with BBQd (grilled technically; don't let Texans hear you say barbeque when you mean grilled) steaks, artichokes and my famous Margaritas (I tended bar at Margaritaville in Santa Cruz for about 14 years). Yeah, I feel Goooooood! Thanks for askin' Rob.

Saturday was yard work day (long overdue). Perdomo FR Torp was called for, good for gnawing and keeping hands free. Boy was it a hot day! Cooled down on porch with big cold glass of G Goose and soda paired to Astral Perfeccion. Made nice dinner of chick breast smothered with mushroom/Merlot wine sauce over couscous. Finished off night with Blue Bell Dutch chocolate and Mayorga Gordito. Fat and happy.

It's about 4:30 pm here and I am getting ready to get together with the guys and our other-halves (notice I didn't say better)for a fish fry... got some fresh caught rainbows (caught yesterday 12"to 16") and I got a couple perdomo's for me and my 2 buds get their choice between a Maxim's or a Dark Shark... hey they're my guinea pigs... Have a great M's-day everyone. Ron
