I remember him. He grew a beard and built a wall. Or a fence. Or something like that.

I vaguely remember that he has some learning disability.
Seems he can't comprehend simple math. Such as the valuation of sequential numbers. He can't understand how a higher number is considered to be "more" than a lower number. He counts and counts and recounts, but doesn't understand it.
Apparently, his condition is contageous to those with similar political leanings.
