...we used to hear from Gonz once in awhile. Are you still out there? I just wanted to commend Jody Hoyt on her EXCELLENT customer service. Something happened with an order of mine, and she jumped on it and emailed me so quickly, that she beat the shipment with an explaination of what happened! I was floored ... I have never experienced such great service ... and I am not kidding! As I was opening the package, I was reading her email ... this is a first ...
