Filled donuts. Jelly-filled, creame-fille, or custard-filled.

Lemon filled is usually considered either custard or jelly-filled. Apple filling is usually considered jelly-filled.

Jell-filled is, far and above, superior to all other donut filling types.

^ Technically speaking, that's a Pastie.

Whipped, however, and I think that could be considered a creame filling.

They are all about equal in my book. But generally there is just too much in the center.

Chocolate covered long john w/custard is the bestest, Festus.

A Navy guy, stuck on boats for weeks at a time, would likely know a lot more about cream filled dicks than I could ever know.

You california coast guard guys are the worst.

Not just phallic-shaped, but the actual words to describe it were "long john".

Conicidence? I think not.

Raspberry filled are good too, with a large glass of ice cold milk.

A Krispy Kreme franchise closed in Green Bay. That's the LAST business I thought would crash in this town.

Yet another far-from-hetero thread (NTTAWWT).

All you need now is to start arguing over the best ways of coaxing out that cream... Watch this instead:

Nickles cream filled straights rock, but I can't eat em anymore. Horrible lead gut cause they are almost greasy, they are loaded with so much fat.

But you can open them and they don't get hard like most donuts; they return to a metamorphic gelatinous state. And that is when they are REALLY good, you don't even have to chew!!!

If you'll notice, the two guys nominated for the CBID fat-a** contest chose the jelly-filled.

That's because were professionals at this kinda thing.

I read somewhere the JFK should have said "ich bein Berliner" but since he said "ich bein ein Berliner" it roughly translated to "I am a Jelly Donut".

So, what's to debate?

Just has a Krispy Kreme Rasberry Filled as my lunch-time sweet.

It only bolstered my notion of the obvious superiority of jelly-filled doughnuts.

First ya take a Long John or a Crueller...

Then ya cut em' open like a Hot Dog bun...

Then ya spread Peanut butter inside, creamy or crunchy (your choice)...

Then ya close it up and enjoy...oh yeah baby...!!

Rumor has it that Krispy Creme makes a cream filled donut. Now, I've never had one mind you, but I've heard that on more than one occassion that an individual can slam 3 of those before running around the office on a caffeine and sugar buzz.

I'm not one to gossip or anything, that's just what I heard.

Also, it kinda makes it hard to eat my lunch. Just so damned full from eating 3 donuts!

Used to love Boston Cream and custard filled donuts, but they had a tendency to suck out my crowns. They have jelly donuts around here called Paczy (Polish donuts) at certain times of the year but I have never tried one. There was a big hubub about Krispy Kreme coming to the area and there were long lines when they opened. I never thought they were anything special. A woman I worked with used to make her own doughnuts - they were pretty good.

Bought a 4 pack of Paczki at the grocery store bakery today- chocolate cream filled. Not bad, just a donut tho.

Drafter, I head TW was out looking for an extra large cream filled horn to send to you.
