Here's a poem written by a friend during one of his many battles with depression. I just thought I'd share. I hope you like.

Why?
Why do I do the things I do?
Why do I say the things I say?
Why do I write the things I write?
Why do I feel the way I feel?
Can you tell me why?
Why are my feelings so hard to express?
Why are my thoughts so cloudy?
Why do I cry at night?
Why do I want to die at night?
Can you tell me why?
Why do the voices say the things they say?
Why does the rain fall every single day?
Why do I never see the Sun?
Why do I always turn and run?
Can you tell me why?
Why do I smile when I hurt so bad?
Why do I make others happy when I'm so sad?
Why does the laughter hide the pain?
Why will I never feel love again?
Can you tell me why?

Answer: Serotonin Reuptake. Tell him to check into it with his doc. Not joking. Alternatives include Norepiniphrine Reuptake Inhibitors. He should take these for a few months and be cool again. I'm not a doc, I don't play one on TV. But I listen when they talk.
