Greetings All,

Just curious, anyone smoked one of these giants? If so, how was it.

I've had the Magnum A in maduro that was rested for about 8 months and it was simply awesome; can only imagine what the '64 version would be like. Got about a dozen more magunm A's resting.

I had my first PAM a couple of weeks ago. Gifted by a close friend.
Unbelievable is the only word to describe it.

But I've got a qusetion that may require a new thread:
? Is it (or was it ever) called "Anniversario" or simply Anniversary??
I've always heard the prior spanish version, but the band simply said "Anniversary"
Has something changed? Or do folks like to get fancy and speak spanish?
What gives?

Tried my first 64 Anniversary last night, a Corona.
Very rich flavor. Kind of meaty, nut/mocha with a touch of sweetness and a nice level if spice. Yummy!
Now I got to try the rest of them, Damn!

First thing my 2yr old daughter says when you ask her a question and she affirms: "yep" or negatory: "nope"

smithbw; not sure if the one you have was from the same few sticks I gave to myself and BMW. Those were over 8mos old. If it's way darker than your usual Pad maduro, then it is--enjoy! The others are about 4 mos old now. Should be ready 'bout turkey day I 'spect. Yup.

I sure enjoyed mine jd1. It made a 3 hour road trip pass right by, excellent! I know what you mean about the darker shades. In my pic. on the photo board you can see that one the Padron Delicias "naturls" is actually darker than the Maduro Churchill.

Got 4 PAM 64 and 1 PAN 26, from the birthday bombs. Both PAMs I have smoked, have been my favorite smokes so far, blew away OPUS_X and All other cigars I have smoked. Hoarding the rest for special occasions. The 26, well I will smoke it on my birthday next year.

I love to see these posts. I have long tried to help spread the word on PAM 1964 Serie Maddies to anyone who would listen. People scoffed at me when I suggested that there are very few ISOMs today that can top the Padron Anniversario - I still believe that to be true.. And the "Regular" Padron line, especially the 3000, 4000 and 5000 are some of the Best "bang for the buck" out there !!!!

The PAMs have never failed to deliver for me --- no matter what - they always come through.

The best cigar I've ever smoked (yes ever) was a PAM 64 Imperial Maduro that was almost 1 1/2 years old. Many many cigars have come close but I'm not waiting to see if I can let several of my other Imperials last that long...
