Wow,
Was all I could say. I was sitting here, not really paying attention. I had been toying with the idea, of digging into my premium humi, and smoking one of the jewels from within. I changed my mind, and pulled one out of the coolerdor. I then forgot I had pulled it out, and laid it in the ashtray. I was working on a list of customers, and wasn't paying attention to much of anything else, clipped and lit a la hoja selecta # 1. First thing I noticed was a peppery flavor, not unpleasent like a HINDS, but a good dose of pepper none the less. About a half inch into it, something happened and a creamy smooth, med. bodied richness reached my palate, with notes of caramel and butter, but still the background of pepper. All the rest of the way down, a nice balance of sweet and pepper. Not anything like the Diamond Crown Mad. that I had been eyeing, but damn plesent smoke, ooooops just bought another box of them.
