I thought about this last night, and then on the drive in while puffing a CAO Gold. Should I tell everyone about how much I enjoyed my smoke last night? Or will it just drive the price up if I do?

What the hell, I thought. Nobody will listen to me anyway ;-)

It was my first Cupido Vintage Toro Negro. From the first puff I knew it was my kind of smoke. All the flavors I love, espresso and burnt chocolate without a hint of harshness. I could have used a roach clip to get every last drop of smoke out of that beauty.

Needless to say, I really enjoyed it and plan on ordering a lot more. I have 20 Cupido Campana's on the way too, I can only hope they're as enjoyable.

Turbo,
I personally enjoyed all the Cupido line I have smoked.
Don't believe you will be disappointed with the Campana.

IMHO ... Cupido Vintage Toro Negro's are the best of what Cupido produces ...

... and up there in the top 10 of what I consider the best cigars out there.

You guys got to be kidding. The Cupido toro negros couldn't be closer to dog rockets if you gave them a swirly in the toilet. Harsh, bitter, horrible aftertaste. Ugh. Enough of this.
If you're going to praise a cigar, praise a cigar that's worth something: Cubano a Mano, El Mejor, and my favorite Flor del Todo. ;)

Quick question. The Toro Negro's that I have are dark, really dark. Does the Negro part of the name mean the wrapper color, so if I bought a different size of the Cupido Vintage's, would it also have the same wrapper color or not?

Are the Toro Negro's the only Cupido Vintage with a maduro wrapper, or do they all have the same wrapper.

Cupido Toro Negro is the only maduro from Cupido.
So the is no, you would not get the darker wrapper on any of the other cupido line.
