Had a garage sale to get rid of some crap today. I had an old Cannon 35mm SLR camera that had some problems (it had been underwater) that I would've let go for next to nothing. Problem is that my wife sold it, the case, the camera bag and my TELEPHOTO/ZOOM LENS FOR $5.00!!!!! I told her that I could've taken that lens to the pawn shop and got more than she made at the garage sale, so I came up with an alternative, let's go to the smoke shop and guess whose buying?!
I came home with a nice selection of Opus X and PAMs purchased with the garage sale money. It was a good day afterall!

A classic case of a marital challenge worked out.

Good job.

I am the one that runs the garage sale at our house. I get to pick and chose what I want to sell and what I want to keep. We came to that agreement when we stared dating seriously.

It looks like you ended up alright anyway. Enjoy the Opus and PAMs!!

I still use my old Canon AT1 SLR.

It's not a closet, it's a "walk in". LOL

Wish I had hit your garage sale... what else did the little lady unload? Inventory your golf bag lately?

I did let a couple of extra surf fishing rigs go. I sold them to a neighbor whose son's fishng and hunting gear got stolen. I made her a pretty good deal.

BMW,

Ever see any of these guys on the beach?

They got it down to a science.

I've seen plenty of Blacktips, usually harmless but sometimes scarey. I've also caught Sandshark, Shovelnose, Hammerhead, and cleared the beach with what I think was a huge Bull Shark (he broke off after an hour but stayed in the 2nd gut in the surf patrolling back and forth) that was 12 to 14 ft long. It's funny when it's the Porpoise that scares all the tourists. LOL It's what they can't see that's dangerous.

THE most dangerous thing near shore is a fat chick in a thong! Trust me.
