Since I am amongst such experience, if you will bombard me with some advice...

Here are my favorites so far and a few I don't particularly care for...without making fun of me, give me some direction as to new sticks to try.

Likes:
RyJ Vintage (#3,#6)
Hoja de Nicaragua (Consuls...I can't beat them for the price)
Partagas Serie S
Partagas Black
La Aurora Preferidos #3
CAO L'Anniver. Extreme; Gold; Black
5 Vegas Robusto and Torpedo
H. Upmann Robusto and Torpedo

Don't particularly like:
Onyx Reserve
Hoyo de Monterrey
Punch
San Luis Rey

I've had ISOM RyJ and Cohiba. Great!!!!

Many thanks!!!!

Billy - Like the Name...So, I thought that I would share some of my experience with you. As you already know, taste is subjective but I am going to tell you my tastes. Try some of the ones that I have recommended and then you will know if your tastes resemble mine.

Great Everyday Cigars which are in my weekly rotation:
Mayorga Maduro - Good Price Great Taste
Cupido
La ROsa Especial - Maduro
Perdomo
La Luna Fuerte
Anything Sungrown - Especially like the
LGC Series R
El Rico
CAO - Brazilia
Bucanero (All of 'em - A Great Gar) Personal Favorite in this line would have to be the Classico, No Wait - The Peg Leg...Oh, Noooo the Full Sail! You get my point?
Fuente (ALL) 8-5-8 SG is a special treat. But don't forget the SS (Short Story)
Don Carlos
Padron - My Personal Favorite Every Day Smoke 5K
Daimond Crown
Olivia Blue Label
Comacho - See if you can find a Liberty - Wow!
Ashton - I prefer Maduro
AVO - Maduros are really good

Higher End Premiums:
Padron Anniversay Maduro (PAM 64 or if you are lucky get your hands on a 26)
Ashton VSG
Opus X
Fuente Anjeo - Wow! This gar is kick A$$!!

Havana's
Montescristo Number 2
HdM - Double Corona - Gotta try one of these babies
Cuaba
Ramon Allones Special Selection (RASS)
Partagas (All) But Luistania is one of the best cigars ever made.
Bolivar corona - spicy but very good, I like the little Coronas
Vegas RobaniA - Famosos - my personal favorite (Havana)

I hope this helps to get you pointed down the right path.

Many thanks for the responses. It's good to know that I'm in good company. In fact, I have been able to try a few of the suggestions once in the past but did not list them. The AF Anjeo was great. I also like Padron. Just had a Camacho Torpedo...not a Liberty, but solid. Don't care too much for the CAO Brazilia. Had one Diamond Crown that was rolled way too loose...but only had that one.

Just tried an Azteca that hoagie sent me. I liked it though I'd never heard of it. Thanks, hoagie!!!

At any rate, I appreciate the advice and the warm welcome from the forum.

After finishing this 5 Vegas, I just read this. Wow! I didn't know there were this many brands! I gotta get out more.

Where would I find these cigars that you listed?

Well, for starters, there's **YANKED** and of course, who could forget **YANKED!!** well we've all purchased from them, but it's best to frequent your local tobacconist and or hit the boards!!
