Here's the new exercise program I am using to get in shape for the summer.

It may be too strenuous initially, so you might want to take it easy at
first.

Increase your speed as you become more proficient.

REMEMBER: ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING *ANY* EXERCISE
