I found one of the Wavell buried in the bottom of humidor. It had about 3+ years on it and was a wonderful smoke. If memory serves me well these were some pretty good smokes back then and with some age are even better.
What's happened to these things? All the new ones suck, er, I mean, they taste like a good yard smoke at best. I used to like the Excellentes so I picked up a 5 pack a couple of months ago and they just weren't anything close to what they used to be.
