Has anyone had problems with the Xicar twist punch cutters?

I had one on my keychain and dropped my keys it the cutter broke. I sent it back and they replaced it, no problem. I did it again the other day and the cutter broke again. The cutter itself seems to be pretty sturdy with a good weight to it and it twists close so the cutting piece is protected, but when I dropped it, it won't twist open any more.

There's a screw on the inside...try that. I've got one, but never had a problem with any Xicar product. I enquired about sharpening, and they said to just send it in...they sent me a new one!

It won't even open. I've got an Xi2 cutter as well and love it. I really like this Xi007 punch as well, except that it broke when I dropped my keys. In general, their products are awesome and their customer service is great as well.
