According to the specs, it should handle the Robusto...Wouldn't count on the Toro since they are both 6" long. As far as ring gauge, you should be fine. My Don Tomas Corojo Robusto fit in my Otter (from the El Gordo deal) is longer but had no thickness problems. The gars that came with it were 54 ring gauge.

I believe the Otterboxes are standard lengths with standard foam inserts. The foam is very forgiving. Yeah, it will work. If not, you can always trade it.

Have used the Otter in the 5, 15, and 24 cigar sizes. So far I haven't had a problem with length or girth. They're especially handy if you are going to be on a trip (which I frequently am) since you don't really have to be concerned about humidity (they're airtight). Caution: If you've had one to go on a plane flight you may find that you have a Hell of a time getting it open because the air pressure will keep it shut (the 24 cigar model and larger have a pressure relief valve to allow you equalize the air pressure).

IMO a great investment.
