If you can get them from an authorized Fuente dealer, you will usually pay a close to retail as possible given supply/demand. I'm paying about a $1 or 2 over the retail prices posted in a link on these boards.

I purchased a Perf #2 for $12.00 and a Fuente Fuente for $10.50 from my local merchant. He is only selling 1 per customer so I could not get more and they sell out of them pretty quick. They have a stock of a few boxes left but are playing a little game where they only put one box out at a time and then wait a while until they put another box out after the first one is empty. I walked in the humi on Tuesday and there was an empty box on the "special" table and I had to pretty much beg him to put a new one out while I was there. I had to resort to telling him I wouldn't buy the $30 worth of cigars I had in my hand unless he put a box out. I did get one though!

MY dealer just got two boxes and they sold out within 24 hours before I could get to the store. Limit was two @ $11.50.
I found another dealer selling for $12 - $17 for two sizes and bought all he would allow.
The only one I have had was on a par with smokes costing between $12 - $20 each IMHO.

MSRP is exactly what I pay from my retailer. He is rock steady committed to never charge more than MSRP. I have seen them for $50 in retailer shops elsewhere. And I didn't pay it, either. They ARE good cigars - but they're good $12 cigars, not $50 cigars.

This is excellent information, the only "variable" is local tax. Georgia just instituted a new revenue generation tool... The price of cigars went up as a result. If there weren't "special" taxes on cigars, they'd be a hellofa lot cheaper at many local retailers.
