I HAVE NEVER SMOKED EITHER OF THESE AND EVERYTIME I BID THEY END UP GOING FOR ABOUT $10.00 EA. WHAT IS THERE ABOUT THEM I AM MISSING. I DON'T THINK YOU GUYS ARE PAYING THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING UNLESS THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. INPUT PLEASE.

IMHO, some are very good, some are OK...I especially love the Acid Blondies and the Nasties...Some of the others I really don't care for..They smell somewhat fragrant like incense, probably invented by a guy who's wife didn't let him smoke in the house :)

I tried a Lars a few months back...very interesting cigar. I thought I liked them, so I bought a few more. Now I am sure that I DON'T like them. I tried to smoke a Lars SMF and wound up throwing the whole thing out after 5 puffs. I can smoke nearly any cigar, but it was that bad. From everything I've seen about Lars Tetens, you either love them or hate them. Actually I still have a few different Lars left at home. I would certainly be interested in trading them. Write me at [email protected] if you're interested.

I really don't care for Lars, but I enjoy Acids much more...Dunno why...I know of several people who feel the same way about Lars and Acids

they also have a very odd texture....almost like leather...

but also, both lines seem to now have a "Natural" selection avalable that are supposed to be more along traditional cigar taste.....anyone know if those are anygood?

the tetens are WAY over priced.....use your money on a nice hemmingway classic or something of the same quality. Tetens are $8.00 to $40.00 or so per stick. Its insane. I have smoked quite a varity and some are good and some are awful. The acids are a better value.
From $4.00 to $15.00 or so. The Acid Atom Maduro is very good. As far as the natural lines....I have not had the chance to try the tetens, but I have tried the Acid naturals....Different is a word that comes to mind. THe acid natural line are flu cured....english style of curing cigars.....they remind me of a dutch master that i paid WAYYYYYYYYYY to much for and they smell like coconuts. Not bad but over priced. Again the natural acid are different.

Lars are OK and I agree with the rest that they are WAY overpriced. Acid cigars are excellent well constructed and many fine tobacos the Acid #1 is by far the most awesome cigar out there(wish they would make them more available. As far as the Natural line goes i have tried 3 varieties and have been very satisfied with them. Smoking a Jucy Lucy as i post this just came in the mail today! Lots of smoke with some cocoa but a bit mushy.
