This is so sad I almost feel guilty about saying anything about the poor boy. Did Mr. Goat hit it in desparation of unseen proportions to produce this child? I shutter to think about such things.

I feel sorry for this guy and others like him. We all should feel ashamed to make fun of an individual's miss fortune. I think we all should stop for a moment and ask ourselves why.

A guy I went to school with DID stuff a shotgun under his chin and pull the trigger, but he had tilted his head to far back to all he did was permantly remove his nose, teeth and lower jaw.

Thats the first thing I thought of when I saw this photo. The guy lived, didn't even loose conciousness, his mother found him lying in her driveway after hearing the gun shot, she promptly called 911 and the VFD and Rescue squad arrived, I was on the VFD at the time.

For months, if not years afterwards, he looked very much like this guy, only with a hole under his chin and no teeth.

Sad.

It is decidedly uncool to make fun of someone like this if you ask me, he obviously has some problems.
