A local cigar shop near where I live has quite a selection of PAM64's and PAN64's. I really enjoy the PAM's, but I am not absolutely in love with them like most here at the board are; however, I have never tried a PAN64. The PAN64's are over $2.00 a stick less and I wondered what I should expect in difference between this and its darker brother the PAM?

If you're not "absolutely in love with them" why pay the price?
The PAN is just as rich to me and you may find them a bit more to your liking. Check them out.

Beansell, like Fatshotbud said they're both Rich in Flavor, the PAM to my tasting gives a woodyier peppery taste to the Natural the Flavor of the PAM is a bit more bolder and last longer IMO... for the money's if you have not smoked the Regular Padrons I would suggest you saving a bit and go with a Padron 2000 Natural and a Maduro before spending the cash on the PAM's and PAN's to recognize a difference!!!

Let me clarify what I said above. I think the PAM64 is a great cigar (worth the money), but I don't get quite as excited as most people on the board here do about it. I have tried the 3000 and 4000 series Padrons and think they are pretty good as well - I have never tried a Padron that I wouldn't choose over about 75% of the other cigars out there. I guess what I was curious about was if there was a huge taste difference between the PAM's and PAN's warranting there being such a price difference between the two.

I prefer the PANs myself, to me they are spicier and more flavorful.Try the PANs I don't think you'll be sorry!

I frequent about 5 local shops and I have either noticed or been told that the PAM reguarly sells for $0.50-0.75 more than PAN. Mostly due to demand I guess.
