I'm admittedly inexperienced with fine cigars, and tend to smoke mild-to-medium, and those usually cheapos from cbid -- so keep that in mind.
The one Perdomo Signature Collection robusto I've smoked out of a 5-pack had a strong "peppery" (I suppose that's the term) taste, but not much else. It was not impressive. Seemed mild and hot at the same time. It was very well constructed, and in good shape. It did have a hard draw and produced little smoke (this could be local factors).
And of the 25 or so brands/types I've smoked, it is the ONLY one that my wife has said smells bad (stinks).
I'd also like to hear others' opinions on the SC.
