I've had one and was underwhelmed. I smoked it with some MM bourbon on the rocks. I thought it was a very average cigar. X

They're common around where I live, since I live across the river from Bardstown, KY, where Maker's Mark is distilled.

It's over-priced and over-rated. I've tried finding out what cigar family makes it (since on the inside of the box or the tag on the tube it says how a cigar family that's been making cigars for over a century produced these), but no one knows.

Godfather got a gift box of 3 for about $30 and split it with his grandpa. Everyone of them either tunneled, burned down one side, or both.

I'd pass.

I have heard nothing good about these. The owner of one of the local shops even talked me out of buying one.

As we all know everyone has different tastes. I'd like to hear what you think after trying one.

I think the main problem is the lack of moisture with the glass tube and you don't want to put it in your regular humidor or everything else will smell like that. I guess that is only good if your a raging alcoholic. But if anyone gets a chance try the coffee that Maker's Mark make.

Tone I'll let you know what I think of it after I give it a try...TinMan
PS: Sounds like maybe a Used Drew Estate Box would be a good humi for those to bring them up to Moisture level and then they would stink up any thing else. Like a Green Hero or Mixed Elements box..

I have a friend who swears these are the best of the best. Of course he also smokes (and claims to like) Te Amo and Lone Wolf. He keeps promising to bring me one, but I haven't pressed the issue. How'd you like yours, Tin?

SnowWolf I thought it had a very good Bourbon Flavor and it smoked Fair (Had to relite 2x due to poor burn Off sided.)Other than that I enjoyed it. I feel its awfully rich so I wouldn't want one every day but just like a Good burbon I would want one often. And will have because I'm going to get them in my store..Tin

Thanks, Tin. Guess I'll tap my buddy for that free sample. I will smoke an Acid once in a while for a change. Sounds like I'll view these about the same way.
