My brother(gibu)has been on this board for quite a while. I am just getting signed up. Have been smoking sticks for some time and now that I am being presented with a Humi feel that it is time to do a little of my own stocking. Planning on a Helix with a Knob Creek a little later on.

Will that Helix be your first? And if you're talking about Knob Creek bourbon....WHOOOO-WEEE! You're not gonna be able to taste that smoke, seeing how mild it is. Hell, I don't care how strong of stuff you're smoking, that Knob Creek will wipe it out, lol!

Tried Knob Creek last Tuesday after several Maker's Marks. Told the waitress that if I ever order Knob Creek again, just smile and bring me Maker's Mark anyway.
