Hog,

Would you say Joe Scarborough and Keith Olberman are "left leaning"?

I think MSNBC is the most centered of the big 3 cable news channels.

I'm voting for Arnold. McClintock fits my political profile to a 'T'. Except on abortion. I am pro choice for society. I'm pro life for my family. McClintock cant win, so the next best guy is Arnold for me.

I think allot of it is the folks they have on who Argue forever on topics... I divorced my last wife because that was her favorite bag in life... Argueing...well that was one of the reasons... they do have allot of both sides views on issues I can say that.... but so doesn't fox news and cnn....
I guess I'd rather read it for myself then listen to someone screaming about it LOL....

When do ya'll vote anyways??? few days??

GOP Backs Arnold
Breaking News Flash from NewsMax.com

Arnold Schwarzenegger picked up an unprecedented endorsement in California's recall election from leaders of the state Republican Party on Monday as Gov. Gray Davis tried to regain momentum eight days before the Oct. 7 vote.

Schwarzenegger was unanimously backed by the California Republican Party's Board of Directors despite the presence of a second GOP candidate, state Sen. Tom McClintock, on the ticket as a new poll showed the film star surging and Davis fading.

Go GOVERNATER............At least for two years, then he will realize what he got himself into, like Clint Eastwood did here in Carmel......If you lived in Carmel, and wanted to talk to the mayor (Eastwood),you could not be turned away.....But he did make a change here for the two years he was mayor, then did not run for a second term.....

Hog,

I'm a rider and agree with you, but it's more complicated. If ALL riders would insure themselves so the taxpayers and other insurance companies wouldn't have to pick up the check for their spilt brains, the problem would be solved.

I, personally never wore a helmet until they forced me to.

I wear them when I traveled to the States that had the Laws... then DOD just this past year Enforced all DOD personel to where a cover if Employed by them....
I don't/haven't riden in awhile now.. don't know if I will in the future... but I am and have been a member of ABATE here in Illinois since 1994-95 ... Illinois has a Strong Abate...Many States have one... and one of the Reasons it gets Over Turned is because of Peoples Rights, right down to the Very Same Constitution of the United States... Yes I Agree the Insurance Company's do fight it...but cannot win because of Individual Rights Granted and enough endorsments to such VOICE...same as seatbelt Laws... although I sometimes prefer to wear my seatbelt... Now Illinois just passed the Click it or Ticket... and they can pull you over just cause... I think this is a Violation or Rights also... But I slide mine on under my armpit... its still on but not choking me while I drive!!!!!

there are more statistics showing neck and back Injury caused by folks wearing helmets and wrecks... then there are Casualties from not wearing... but that is another story in itself and sorry again for the Threadjacking!!!!

Go Arnie!!!!!

I find the root of the problem is socialism. Having all of these social programs by their very nature prohibits individual freedom. Time to trim the fat.

There's just no way I can vote for Arnold. If everyone who wants McClintock, but is going to vote for Arnold because they think McClintock can't win, actually voted for McClintock, McClintock would probably win.

I don't like the recall because I think all the politicians in office have to accept responsibility for their state, not make Davis a scapegoat. Should Davis be recalled, the problems are not going to magically disappear, and all this time, which should have been used by both sides to work together for solutions, will have gone to waste.
