it seems the defense found out there was seman from someone else, in addition to kobe's on the busy little girl's panties. perhaps she should keep a spare pair with her if she intends to frolick.

the possibility of aids now looms on the horizon.

I don't think that matters. While I know very little about this situation, who really does except Kobi and the Girl. I do know that "No Means No!. That is what I shall teach my 2 girls AND MY 2 BOYS!

Rick, there is no evidence to support your statement. You might speculate that the young lady had sexual relations with KB, but to say they found it on her under garments is not something you have knowledge of. A crime scene investigator would have collected evidence from the victim and medical staff at the E.R. would do a rape kit. The public does not have access to those pieces of evidence and nothing said in court suggested what you claim. What was asked pertained to redness and bruising and would it be consistent with sexual relations with three different men on over a three day period. I para phrased it but it was near that.

no i don't have any direct knowledge, they forgot to call me.

the evidence was turned over to the defense by the prosecution during discovery. that is why mackey, i believe that is his defense lead counsel's name, opened the door to the girls past, in this case, very recent past, like that day.

either she wears dirty underwear, or she is a busy little girl.

i was glad to read this information, because for some reason, maybe his image, i hated to see the end of a career. either way, he is a jerk

i wonder how often he will need to be checked for aids.

I am saying there has never been a public disclosure of the evidence dirty panties or not. You do not have a clue what evidence the prosecution has. As for the defense counsel she was playing to the masses with legal theatrics. She might have **** from a more than or person discovered during a rape exam who knows. All I do know is it ain't you.
