Is Senior still alive and kicking, or is Jr the roller of the Puros Indios line? I have now tried one of these Roly Seconds. Not terrible, but not in the same league as Puros Indios. On the label it has Rolando Reyes Jr's name. Does Jr make the Roly's and daddy make the PI's?? The difference is NOT JUST the wrapper. Even if the filler and binder are the same, the roll is not as perfect as the PI (which is one of the many reasons I love the Puros Indios to begin with). I don't care if the cigar is indeed different, they just shouldn't call it a PI "Second" if it isn't. There, I said it and fee much better now...

the old guy is alive and kicking, he is known as the vampire. When everyone else finishes up work for the day, Reyes just starts his, he works through the night, making the most difficult cigars

Difficult cigars? You mean all the plugged ones? Well tell that old **** must make about half of the production because these fine cigars are too often plugged. Tell Pappy Roly to take a vacation.

He is alive and well. I had the privilage to watch him rolling puros at a local smoke shop about a year ago. The Puros Indios line is a decent smoke, can't say much for the Rolly line. I had him roll me a custom blend double corona, it has been aging for about a year now. Think I'll pull it out today. Will report later
