Hello CBID Staff,
I just have a small favor to request. Would it be possible to put the actual description of each Colibri lighter on each Colibri lighter that's up for bid? They all seem to have the same generic description. I see so many styles and am having a hard time deciding which one to get just by looks. I'd like to know how they function; flint, or piezo electric, butane, or liquid. etc... Thanks so much for reading this, -Ron.

That's a good idea. Didn't think of it. Will do. Nevermind this message then. -Ron.

Does customer service have time to read the forum???
I would guess they are planning for the next auctions or specials, besides all that packing they have to do. The fact is, they are so busy, they keep forgeting to include matches in my orders, heheheheeee!

Customer Service here is absolutely tip-top and I couldn't be happier with speed of response. I have used the message service in my account and e-mailed and response time is very quick with both.
As far as the Colibri descriptions....I would do a little research if I were you. Some other sites have individual descriptions, but also WAY higher prices.
Personally, I like the Alpine. It has been an amazing torch-lighter, and even comes with a very sharp knife on side to open all of my C-Bid packages. Very practical,IMHO, and has lasted me atleast 6 months no probs. at all. Just my blabbering .02
Happy Holidays
Dave
