I'm interested to find out if anyone thinks the Patriots will be defeated at home on their way to the superbowl.

I'm biased, so I'd like to hear from others who haven't bled Red, White and Blue (and now silver) their entire life.

New England has the greatest home field advantage in all of sports this season. Not only did they go 8-0, but the opposing teams were virtually locked out of our endzone all season.

Indy?
Titans?
Denver?

Beat them all.
Baltimore and KC?
Too one-sided.

Time to focus all attention on the NFC to see who the Patriots will beat in Houston.

There really is no other realistic outcome.

No realistic outcome, boy your sure a little cocky. Last time I checked beating a team once doesn't guarantee a victory a second time. If that were the case things would be a lot different in many sports.

Ill be rooting for the broncos if they take down indy like they should.

Chiefs may be one dimensional, but that one dimension sure can put up a lot of points....now if our defense can only play like they did yesterday against da Bears!

The Pats' are certainly a good team. Look at the way they manhandled Denver when the Broncos had their third string QB playing. Yep. Really whipped their butts. Barely. In the last 40 seconds of the game.

The Patriots can make it to the Super Bowl and win it. But to do so they need a more consistent running game.

Billichick will confound and confuse. He can scheme for any team, find its weakness and exploit it. He ended Warners career in the last Super Bowl. The rest of the NFL is to inconsistent and no body can match
Billichicks ability to shut down any offense.

Pats 20

Oh yeah. The Cheifs are a joke. The POS Vikings kicked their tails all over the Metrodome. That was NOT a championship team. And that was the second drubbing in as many weeks. They get one platyoff game then they go home.

The Mules, whoops Broncos will not beat them again!

Charlie

PS I would not call the highest scoring offense in the league a joke!

Those pesky Broncos did keep the game close, and the Patriots D made danny look like a pro-bowler.

But that was a LONG time ago. And you DON'T want to compare injury sheets with the Patriots back then.

Besides, it was in Denver.

The road to Houston goes through New England.

Ilove the NFL. I hope to see Denver go against the Pats. As far as anything else being a fan in New England means you never look to far ahead. Been a Red Sox fan too long to start hooting and hollering yet. I don't think any team can beat the Pats at home. They are just to good from the coaching to the guys on the field. The bottom line is bring us what you got cause we're going to kick your a$$.

I totally agree with Stick. I'm a loyal NE/Boston fan in all sports... therefore, I know heartbreak. Though I will be pulling all the way for the Pats, I am reluctant to get my hopes too high.

Boasting about my Patriots should not cause alarm by the other "weathered" New England Sports buffs.

This isn't 1985 or 1996. The Pats may be winning close games, but they are doing it with Defensive Genius.

Look at the last three Superbowl Champs.
Baltimore, New England and Tampa Bay.

The Patriots have allowed the fewest points in the league this season.
They have three shut-outs in the last four home games.

I'm trying to temper my enthusiasm with caution, but save for a total melt-down, they should be booking their hotel room in Houston already.

Any suggestions for the pre-game tailgate next Saturday?

I with You Tailgater but maintain your cool. Like I said
"I don't think any team can beat the Pats at home. They are just to good from the coaching to the guys on the field. "
I'm the one having a hard time maintaining my cool. My guts are churning up inside to see our Pats grind up their next opponent. Victory will be ours..............
GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
