I had two of these this past weekend at my local tobacconist. What can one say about this powerhouse smoke! It was great from construction, appearance, to draw. I invite each of you if you have not already try this line. It is well worth the extra pennies to smoke one.

Is it maduro? I've had LGC maduros, don't know if they were Serie R, and REALLY liked them. Rock hard, smooth draw, great flavor.

I just rec'd a LGC Series R in a box pass. I'll have to light it up in the next day or so. It's a beauty.

LaGloria's are among the very, very best in construction, draw, looks, feel, etc...I have not tried the Serie R. I will and I will let you know my feelings on them! LGC's are superior!

CL- They come in Maduro and EMS selection I believe, however there are two wrapper selections one being the Maduro. I had the EMS wrapper which was a powerhouse that was far better than any other line of LGC I have ever had.........I'm hooked!

I never cared for the regular LGC line, but when I had my first Series R sometime last year, WOW....I was totally impressed...A definite powerhouse!...Worth every penny and highly recommended!

I really like LaGloria Series R Maduros. Full- bodied from start to finish. I would stick to a Robusto though. I've tried the bigger ones and, "bigger doesn't always = better". You heard it here first folks.....Brent

Bought one last Christmas. The Maduro #5. A very good smoke. Just can't figure out why I haven't bought a full box yet. Recommend that if you see one at your local shop, try it you'll like it.
