Thanks for asking Ethan. We are all terrific (albeit a little sleepy). Sophie is really getting animated. There was a bout of colic that was pretty trying, but it's been great so far. You're in for a real treat. What's your wifes due date?

wer, don't answer if too personal......is your wife nursing? I've heard breast feeding greatly reduces the risk of colic. I have 2 coming in 4 weeks.....I'm nervous.

yep, she's nursing. We started supplementing with formula now that the baby is in daycare, but the fussiness started before that. We switched to a new kind of formula that seems to agree with her better. I think as her stomach flora started developing it made her prone to gassiness and discomfort. Mylicon drops helped too. She seems better now. There was probably nothing we could have done to minimize it. Congrats Sonny! My best to you and your wife.

How's this for a cigar board discussion :) lol

Well...i am still on edge...went to the doc yesterday with the wife to estimate the size of the baby...doc said tests had the baby at 9 lb 2 oz...with an error margin of + or - 5%...hopefully we are on the minus size...but 40th week is next week...ughh...

Oh yeah...congrats WER...

Nine pounds!? Already taking after daddy, huh?! man, my wife gets freaked out at the thought of 8 pounds...

Glad to hear all is well, Bill. Missed you around here. I just started taking the birthing classes - already learned more than I EVER wanted to know!

Sonny - twins!? man, I think I'm going to die with just one...

Congrats Wer.

Sonny my wife breast fed our first and he was the only one of the 3 to have colic. Let me tell you that sucks(pun not intended). I can remember going oout for a drive at 0300 cause that was the only way he would sleep.

Thanks for the well wishes guys.

Joe, over 9lbs already?! Hate to break it to ya, but that kid completely bypassed "peanut" stage and went straight to coconut :)

My best to all you guys expecting. It's really amazing.

Ahhhh...The Daddies Club!

BTW, mine are identical boys.

We had a sonogram yesterday, and they are 4lbs. 2oz. and 4lbs. 8oz. respectively (each one gain 2lbs in 3 weeks)......my wife is only 31 weeks, so at 37....OMG!
