Just when you thought the issue was put to rest, some lady filed a class action lawsuit against Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, MTV, CBS, and Viacom. She is only asking for 3 years worth of the defendant's combined gross income. She says she suffered "outrage, embarrassment, and serious injury". LMAO!!!

I hope this prude gets hammered and then counter sued with a frivilous lawsuit. Any excuse to try to squeeze money out of someone in court... it makes me sick.

It's a FREAKING BREAST!!!! I assume she has them. I frankly am sometimes just overwhelmed by the horror some people have when confronted by a nude breast. These people must cower in terror when they go to the museum. It's a body part. And, frankly, a nice body part, IMO. It's not like she started taking it off or copulating on stage (although the so-called dancing with Mr. Timberlake nearly qualified at times). If seeing a breast on TV causes that much damage then there is no hope for you. Oh, and whatever you do don't go to the UK, Europe or Latin America countries because they show breasts on TV or even have PUBLIC TOPLESS/NUDE BEACHES!!! BARBARIANS!! I would be laughing uproariously at this person if I weren't filled with such disgust.

When i was a kid....sitting in front of the tv along with the rest of the family. i remember , the vietnam era of tv ! i remember "watching" bodies covered with blood...or being shot...on screen ! this was part of that time when we were all consumed with it on tv..so we'd know what was going on ! ....then on the other side of the news " 50 STREAKERS IN DOWNTOWN RUNNING SPREE" ! but looking back i remember.....asses just shaking in the wind...and every once in awhile they'd screw up and get a wanger in the shot to boot ! and i don't ever remember hearing of "anyone" sueing over any of that , people being shot on tv....actual dead bodies on tv or the site of 50+ naked hippy bikers running in a streaking party to protest the war !
No, i hope that they don't get anything......but Janet and all involved will more than likely ...kick something out as hush money and drop it into thier past !
