What a choice---an out of touch, bureaucratic DOLT on fiscal and immigration matters OR a pathological LIAR who can't even tell the truth about his collagen/botox "beauty" treatment(s). For more information on the commie, do a Google search ("Vietnam Veterans Against John Kerry"). Get a load of Lerch in front of a Viet Cong flag. How about the trial pimp, Edwards? Is he any better?

Are these the "best" that this country has to offer?! Any 3rd party candidates coming down the pike? Anyone else sitting this election out?

the way things stand right now, yes. i'll be sitting this one out.

america can do better, and if we don't want to go the way of the dinosaur, we MUST do better.

what i see are a combination of candidates who have SOME good to them. i like bush's defense of the troops, but i hate the way his administration is screwing our veterans over, for instance.

as for the democrats, there's not a one in the bunch who'd get my vote. we've got a HUGE amount of room for improvement!

yeah, i'm really going to have to give a closer look to the libertarian party. what little i've seen looked a bit scary to me -- as in further right than attila the hun (NOT for me). but then mostly all i've heard about it has been from individuals, and those were people i thought were jackholes of human beings anyway.

time to do some serious looking, though.

I'm not sure of the Libertarian platform but if they're for FREEDOM-- I'm there! As long as they take care of our roads, secure our borders, maintain our military defense, and let ME decide how to spend my hard earned $$$.

PS: How has this administration been "screwing veterans over"? I thought that they were getting better pay, equipment, etc.

ROTFLMFAO,
Our fighting men and wemon, are getting better equiptment, but their pay, is still below the poverty level, for an enlisted mans, family of four, and their benefits have decreased, under the current administration. New rules, by the current Administration, does not allow the release of their names to the DAV, when they are in VA hospitals, and that keeps them from being told their rights.

That's bullsh!t, people who fight for this country should be compensated fairly and not screwed. I know they don't get their due. They aren't CEOs or anything, but they should get better than they do. And I for one, wouldn't mind paying more to see it happen. OMG! Did I say that? Yes I did!

Cavallo

how can he be both defending the troops and cutting funding for veterans?

when dean dropped out, he just doesn't know he did yet, and clark dropped out, you are left with kerry, another politician.

i'll vote for anyone that will get bush back to his farm permanently.
