Little bit of bacon grease in a shot of Bourbon.

Now if ain't think'in that's tasty, ya gotta get outta here!

Recipe:
On shot glass of Kentucky Bourbon or Tennessee whiskey
add a very little bacon grease from the fridge 1/8 tsp
7 seconds in the microwave till grease is dissolved.
(depends on strength of microwave soon as begins to boil stop.)

Delicious! Now lite up that cigar, sip on the shot, and enjoy.

Saw bacon infused bourbon on the food network the other day, but they added the bacon grease, let it sit for awhile (overnight?), then removed it so you get the flavor without the actual grease.

not much grease, but all so tasty, and nutritious too!

always can lightly coat the inside of the shot glass then add bourbon and microwave.
