I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a hat or a XL tee-shirt. I have seen both in pictures, but the Buc site is crappy, at best, for navigation.

They're too busy making great cigars to be bothered with website development. It serves it's purpose.

Email them directly...it faster, better and I'm sure you'll get a response.

The last time Robert and I hooked up I let him know how I feel about the lack of "swag" from them. Hell, I'd LOVE to be a billboard for their company.

DMV: any idea where i should email? i sent one to robert awhile back (had a question about a couple of local retailers) but nothing yet.

They do answer their emails. Being a smaller company and they prefer to attend the meet and greets(or smokers)might leave that email unanswered for awhile. There's a 800 # that you could call on their website, try that too.

I'm not making excuses just sharing info that I know to be accurate along.

nah, i'm not making accusations either -- certainly didn't mean it that way. thanks for the info; as soon as i find my hands-free headset i can use it with my regular (cordless) phone. until then i can't hold the phone up to my ear to use it for long (my hand will go totally numb within just a couple minutes). :/

anyway, there's no rush or anything. i can always just wing it for now and ask him questions later on.
