I am possibly going to SD May 12-15 on business. Does anyone have suggestions on restaurants that are cigar friendly, cigar shops. Any other helpful info.

Thanks

I'm sorry that I can't give you specifics, but I went to a couple of cigar bars in the downtown area. There's one huge place that rolls thier own cigars, but will let you smoke your own.

I guess what I'm saying is if you walk around downtown, you'll find one.

I lived there for 2 years and my parents live their now. I would say just about anywhere in Old Town. Seaport Village, gaslamp district, and the Balboa Park area would be great spots to either find a few ceegar shops, but most importantly, a gorgeous place to smoke. Coronado Island may have a few good spots as well.

What X said. Seau's and in the gaslamp district.

Coronado has only one smokeshop now and it is WAY expensive.

Most bars and restaurants in Ca. will not let you smoke unless they have smoke rooms.

U have to be kidding me?

Seau's is the best SD has got? Cmon! Seau's is in Hotel Circle area for one thing, and now that Junior doesn't play in SD anymore, the place has gone down a little in quality.

I would check "The Bitter End" in Gaslamp. Very classy place.

Overall, I would expect to not find too many places to enjoy a gar indoors.

Lahaina's on Pac. Beach is a fun deck-herfin spot....and one of the best babe lookout spots in the World. Trust me!

Just my .02, and sorry if I was brash on Seau's....I just can't believe that is the best San Diego can do.
I LOVE that city...almost obsessed.

Hey Woodman...

I am planning on having a backyard bbq herf at my house in Encinitas (North County San Diego) on the 15th of May...What time are you leaving on the 15th???

Maybe Mike and I could meet you earlier for a smoke and dinner if you can't make the 15th.

There are several restaurants around town that could be nice. What part of the county are you visiting?

Give me a call if you want to meet up at 760-815-6215.

Marla
