Rick, CIRI is a privately held firm that was founded through the Alaska Land Claims Settlement Act(1972?). There was 12 corporations that were formed and stock was alotted to Alaskan Natives and their descedants of 25%. The state was divided into 12 regions and the corps. have used their holdings ever since. The stock is non-transferable (in the acception of death and being willed). My company is based in the Cook Inlet area.

Go ahead and type in "CIRI" if you would like to learn more.

Thanks that would be nice, nope only 100 per person, unless it has been willed. But eventually this stock and the other eleven will become public.

I like to use this money to invest for my boys' education.

Yes I do.

You being mrtelcom may know that a few years ago CIRI sold it's wireless holdings to Duestch telcom.

Since the stock is non-transferable(sellable) it is very diffecult to realize the value.
