This is the first time I've seen this news, so I'm not going to comment too much yet.

But how could they have had wmd's from Iraq? I thought everyone on the left has already declared that President Bush has lied about Iraqi wmds and that they never had them. Now I'm really confused...

Oh wait.... it's on Foxnews, but for some reason I can't find it anywhere on NY Times or CNN. However, I did find the following on CNN:

- Guantanamo father in plea to Blair
- Troops' death toll in April reaches 100
- Iraq prison attack 'kills 21'
- Honduras rushes to pull out troops

But nothing about the planned Chemical attack. I'm sure this was just an honest oversight by CNN.

Sylance, did you email them and ask for a clarification as to why they are not reporting this? Or do you simply "ass-u-me" that if the Communist News Network doesn't report it, it is not factual?

LOL… if CNN or NY Times doesn't report it, then it must be something conservatives like. I remember when the Saddam torture tape surfaced several months ago I checked NY Times and CNN and found the article buried several links deep; however Fox News had it on their front page. When we captured Saddam I turned on Fox News and they were running a special about it but CNN was running a college sports story.

I hate it when people say Fox News is biased conservative… I think Fox just looks biased when compared to the liberal CNN and NY Times stuff. No doubt there are biased conservative sites… just like there are liberal ones, but I don’t think Fox News is one of them.

i don't usually watch national t.v. news. i never have it on the tv here at home.

however, after reading the allegations of the "liberal media," i was paying attention to the cnn news playing on the tv while waiting (a long time) to see the doc.

this was, btw, around the time that usahog (we miss you, hog!) posted a story about a soldier in iraq who was getting all kinds of good stuff done on his own dime and time for kids there. the accusation was that this sort of human interest story NEVER makes it to the "liberal media."

okay, fine. let's just us see about THAT!

wow. i gotta eat some crow on that one. if one were to ONLY see what cnn showed that day, i would be thinking that we were LOSING the war and that we were bullies, tyrants and murderers to boot!

i have NEVER seen so much one-way spin on anything in my life!

I watch ABC world news tonight each nite at 7. I watch it even though I'm disgusted by it... I haven't seen any mention of this story. It seems like it would make the news? Unless the liberal media doesn't want it to?
