Make my Road Hog work

Anybody that won a Road Hog actually have a way to put cigars in both sides? One side will hold cigars no prob. But the other wont even hold a Petite Corona with out popping the strap loose. Anybody make this work??

The magnet wont hold, there is not enough room between the strap and the case.
