I always light my cigar the same time Tony is firing his up in the opening credits. I get so involved in the show, I almost never finish the smoke before the show is finished.

i predict tony will be killed before this season ends.

the hook will be whether chris or tony blundetto, tony's cousin takes over.

I guess I'm alone on feeling the show has went down hill. The show has taken more of a "soap opera" feel, imho. The first and second season were totally different and what I prefered.

With that being said...I still don't miss an episode, just prefer the old production and stories.

My wife agrees with Bud on the first two years and the multiple story lines that are carried today!
I do not think Tony Soprano gets whacked this year, because he is the reason the show got the extra year added to the run! I think Johnny Sack will get hit next week and then Little Carmine will go in this seasons last show..............been wrong before, and that is what keeps me glued to the screen when this show is on, and on and on! Watched last nite again!

Charlie

PS this show ranks with "Pine Barrens" where Chris and Paulie get lost in the woods chasing the Russian!

I agree with you about Johnny getting wacked next, however I don't think Carmine is going yet and Tony will get it in the last episode(next year?).

Oh man....the pine barrens episode was great!

They've cut back on the gratuitous violence, which disapoints me. It does seem more soap-opera-ish this year. I thought the dream sequence ran a little long. There are lots of loose ends to tie up. What's going to happen to the guidance counselor that Carmella was banging? What's going to happen when Tim Daly gets out of rehab? And I think Steve Buscemi and Adrianna are gonna get whacked. She's got a part on the new "Friends" spinoff.

I agree, Buscemi toast - probably on the next episode. Wondering if Adriana is going to take Chrissie down with her (guilt by association).

Tony is gonna sanction a hit on Tony B to placate Johnny.
Then Christopher is gonna do the hit and screw it up.Tony B will be alive and come after Tony....."NEXT SEASON"

I'm with you Bud. Come on an entire show dedicated to a dream sequence. And what about a couple of weeks ago when the entire show revolved around an 80th birthday party......boring.......

^ I agree. Reminded me of film class in college.
What's next--a Felliniesque sequence?

Fugetaboutit- more guns & less guts (Tony's).

Something about that dream sequence seemed so realistic to me. . . .the way the people, places and situations kept changing seemed so accurate. . . . . gave me a weird feeling, but yes, it did eat up a bit too much time. . . .

. . . the obvious guess is that Tony S. has to take out Tony B. . . . in fact, so obvious that I think some other kind of twist will occur instead. . .Chase never seems to take the easy way out. . . . Of course, it'd be nice if he offed Johnny Sack. . . but again, isn't that what we're expecting? Did anyone catch last weeks scene with Adrianna? Right after Christopher was at home ranting about Tony getting the Casino job, they showed her calling the FBI lady - they showed her answer the phone, but never went into what the conversation was about, or why Adrianna was calling her. . . . I think she's going to play heavily in the last two episodes. . . . .

And the scene last week with the security guard was just too friggin hilarious. . . . .

Adriana is going to either get whacked or disappear in the next episode (prediction) and I feel Steve Buscemi (Tony B) will remain with the show into next season, mainly because he is also one of the directors they use and why float him with the fishes this year? Johnny Sack is the logical hit and watch for Phil to get it as well! While this season has been a little on the soap oprea side it is still heads above any other show on TV, and shows some signs of a real bang up next two weeks..........fuhgedabutit!
