Flor De Oliva Grand Maduro is the best inexpensive maduro available. Mayorga Maduros are good too.

You've named a few smokes that are considerably over $50 - Davidoff, Canones, Partagas... In the same league are Ashton Maduro (expensive, sure, but oh my God, good!), and the new Jimenes Maduro (really quite good). Excellent quality at a good price are Sancho Panza (not maduro, but dark, spicy wrapper nonetheless), and Bauza (also not maduro, but a wonderful construction on a Cameroon wrapper). Happy smoking.

One of THE BEST everyday maduro cigars IMHO is Andros Bundles...Very spicy, brazilian maduro wrapper with excellent dominican and nicaraguan (if I remember correctly) blend...Price is about $1.30 a stick believe it or not!...Unbelievably good!..Email me for info on [email protected].....Keith

For around $50, Mayorga has got to be a good choice for a maduro torpedo. If you want to spend a few more bucks, try La Gloria Cubana's Pyramid or Charlamagne

Mayorga Maduro Torpedo is excellant and should fit the price listed quite easily. Henry Clay and La Gloria Cubana fit the bill. Charlie

I had a Mayorgo Maduro Torpedo two nights ago and it was delicious. Smooth, rich smoke and lasted a good long time.

Just this evening I turned on yet another to the Mayorga experience. He was handed a torp maduro as he asked the question, "...but you say these are inexpensive, huh?" I told him, "Just light it up; you'll see." Within two puffs a new fan was born. I hope Martin Mayorga doesn't read these boards; if so, this thread is all a joke; these cigars are no good. Their price is just right. ;)

Most definitely the Mayorgas and Flor de Olivas. I would also add the La Rosa Especiale and Remedios maduros. Give me a holler - [email protected]
