Mike was in town on business and we got a chance to meet local here for great lunch and conversation.

I thought i would post while still under the influence of the wonderful OPUS X he gifted me.

Was a great time and wonderful Cbid connection. We shared a great burger and a few nice cigars and company of someone you only get a chance to talk to via the boards.

Mike was kind enough to gift me an OPUSX, GrayCliff (blue) , Fonseca. I enjoyed the Opus to the "nub" on the patio after he left to catch his flight. Saving the Gray for the lake this weekend! :)

Thanks for going to the trouble of coming to myside of town. Hope we can do this again sometime.

Thanks for the kind words, Smitty. It was great meeting one of the brothers from the Cbid world, and was a great way to finish my visit to Motor City. Smitty also gifted me 2 ISOMs and paid for the lunch and beers....true "Redwing" hospitality.

excellent! 2 great bros getting to meet in the 3D world -- it's a Good Thing. :) glad you two got to meet up and "sit a spell" as they say down here in the south. i love it down here, but having lived in MI for a couple years, i have to say that i'd much rather be sitting around with buddies in a michigan summer. sounds like a great time was had by all!
