It's after work and I'm picklin' and watching an old re-run of SNL with Farley and Norm. Those guys were great. I thought Norm was among the all-time best Weekend Update Anchors. The O.J. jokes were great. Too bad they were his undoing.

Yeah good ole Norm died out, two bad movies and two bad sitcoms.

Chris died for real, I can picture him on the other side "living in a small trailer down by the river", LOL.

I liked SCTV much better.
Bob and Doug Mckenzie were a riot.
I think that is the main reason I watched that show back then.
I was surprised to see that Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas (not the Wendy's one) were doing the voices for the moose in the movie "Brother Bear".
My boys laughed like crazy.

Farley was funny, but I liked John Candy. I thought he was funnier.
The original SNL was my favorite. John Belushi was a different kind of humor.

just like gars we all have our favorite comedians.

The show was great with Belushi, Chase and company.

I thought Norm blew. Nobody compared to Chase and Radner.

Someone said two bad movies.....I LOVE BOTH OF THEM!!! I know SNL inside and out and norm was in my top 5 or people on SNL ever!! Wish he didnt get mad with NBC and quit the show....BEST WEEKEND UPDATE EVER!!! heres to you , you canadian ****!!
