Sounds like she must actually believe women are still in bondage to men and that they are tied to the kitchen and not allowed to speak out for anything.....The overall speech was rather confusing as to what she was trying to accomplish.

She said, "You all know that I will speak my mind...."

i hope to avoid as much tv as possible during politispin season, though i do wish i'd heard that young man's speech -- i've been hearing a lot of positive talk about him from friends. seems that folks of all persuasion like the guy.

David Letterman has lamented the prospect of Kerry being elected because the man is so utterly bland that he pales in comparison to Clinton and/or GWB as a source of comedic material ...

He's taken new hopes this week, however, and says, speaking of Mrs Kerry, "I think we just might have found the goldmine we've been hoping for"
