For a few days.
I am going on my first vacation, in over 7 close to 8 years. I Leave, in the morning, for Jamaica. I will be gone, for 6, might as well make that 7 Days. I will be smoking the good stuff, drinking refreshing beverages, soaking up the sun, and enjoying a welcome break from the RW, or real world. I am staying at Hedonism 2. I am taking my girlfriend, and we are hoping to meet up with some of my friends from Czech republic, who will be vacationing at the same resort. I am taking 2 otterboxes full of smokes, 24 ISOMs and 24 High end Domestics. I also plan a daytrip, to visit a friend who is in the peace corp, on the Island.
This is also a trip, of reflection and meditation. I am considering a career change, and I can't think of a better place, to ponder my past and future.
Hope ya'll have a great week.
Later

Remember, if you are in Montego Bay, go to Margarita Ville, get a Margarita with the cmplimentary test tube shot of tequila and take a ride down the shoot!

i sit corrected. unfortunatly, when i look up at the sky, i mean i look away from earth, i see darkness in the southern california sky, interrupted by planes heading to lax, and helicopters going to and fro.

the moon is visable and a planet or two, occassionally a few stars.

this wed, toby and i will drive into the desert and look for a clear sky.

Homie... You said:

Isn't Hedonism where you drink your face off, have pajama and toga parties, nekkid volley ball, etc. ????

How you gonna think about the future... or even REMEMBER your past ???

Low

BWAHAHAHAHA... Have a great time...

When I first moved to Livermore, 20 yrs ago, you could drive a mile or so out of town and see a pretty good sky. Now, unfortunately, only the major constellations and planets. About 3 yrs ago at this time my wife and I were at the Bear Valley Music Festival in the Sierras. It's at 7,000 feet and the night sky is awesome. I saw the Persiads that night like never before or since. Several big meteors that crossed 2/3 of the sky and literally hundreds of smaller ones. Unforgettable!!!
