I don't know if anyone ever buys from *** but I've had a bad experence i'd like to share with everyone. I bought a 25bundle of cheaper everyday type smoke. well more than half of them were not smokeable due to holes or cracks or I dont know why. I emailed them to let them know and all they told me is 'what do you expect when you buy a cheap bundle' and that I should have spent more money and got some quality smokes. Now it may be true that sometimes you get what you pay for but myself being in the retail/customer service field you should treat EVERY customer the same!!!!

I will NEVER buy from these a-holes again even if they can save me $2 or $3.

Thank you and stick to this great site and it's sister site.

newcs, thats what you get, but hey you learnd a valuble lesson so that being said you can save more than 2-3 bucks on this site, or can you? buy low and buy plenty...

We're glad you're happy with the site and our Customer Service and want you to feel free to voice any opinions you'd like. Just don't NAME the other companies. If the other forum members want to know who you're talking about, they'll ask...not a shy one in this bunch!

When it comes to particulars, take it to email. Or you can go to /Yahoo Groups and join Cigar_Bid_Buddies, we use that forium to widely disseminate info we can't put out here because of the R&R
