I disagree with your conclusion. At the core of every socialist nation is the premise that the ruling elite is "more equal than others"(to borrow a line from Animal Farm) and so is entitled to benefits that the average slob isn't. A socialist medical system would not prevent HRC or willie from getting the special care when they wanted it. It would just screw the rest of us.
